The four shareholders, namely Claude Abseque, Patrick Coutu, Gino St-Pierre and Serge Tousignant, want to offer services that would help manufacturing companies become world class businesses. The Ministère du Développement économique, de l'Innovation et de l'Exportation also awarded Lean-Automation the qualification of official productivity support provider for manufacturing companies.

 

Lean-Automation is now part of a group of affiliated companies employing more than 1,000 employees. Our primary mission is to help businesses in all areas of performance and value creation improvements, while offering the best services and results that are guaranteed to last. 

 

Our team is comprised mainly of engineers with more than 20 years of experience who have been working together for several years. This has created a certain chemistry and great motivation within our work teams. In the past, most of our professionals have conducted a lot of manufacturing competitiveness improvement projects, primarily in Canada, Europe and Africa. Our partnerships with Groupe Toptech France and Stratexport International allow us to operate on an international level as well.
